Freezer-Friendly

Butternut Squash is pureed with ricotta to make a creamy sauce and then layered in with Chicken Sausage, mozzarella cheese, rigatoni & spinach. Two plus portions. Freezer friendly!
Nutrient-rich and flavorful, this is one of my favorite healthy comfort dishes. I love adding sauteed spinach. Vegan, gluten free & freezes great.
Pumpkin is high in Beta Carotene & Vitamin C and it provides a creamy texture to this hearty and healthy chili. Excellent with diced avocado and/or sour cream! Freezer Friendly.
